Last week while closing the show in Whistler we had some art at, I had the pleasure of running into the fine folks from Vans and Volcom. After some delicious sushi with the gracious Steve Caballero and the Vans crew, I got to barge in on what appeared to be a mall-punk convention that I later found out was actually the best and baddest sales people from West 49 stores across the country. Wow - what a night it was...

Jamie Lynn's band "Kandi Coded" played. Bryan Iguchi pressed t-shirts, and everyone including Jake Duncombe came back to Volcom's hotel room to keep the party going as long as possible.
