Ryan Smith has secured himself a place in skateboard history as one of the most explosive personalities to touch a skateboard. Becoming somewhat of a recluse in recent years, this inside look at his personal photo diary is a real treat for any fan out there. In is original polaroids taken by Smith himself — some transfered and collaged into a book he kept while traveling with DC.

Upon finishing our annual "film" issue, I visited good friend and Color illustrator Ben Tour at the set of an independent film he's working on.

I recently had the pleasure of showcasing some of today's most amazing artists with work currently on skateboards. Of those was one painter in particular, Shawn Barber who you should know about.
