In Northern California there lays the wee town of the nice lady working the sandwich shop said her son was fined $450 for riding his depegged BMX in this skate park. Ironically, he helped fundraise for it, bummer deal. Nobody was monitoring the park when i was there. Nobody was there at all actually. The park it's attached to could serve up a good place to camp, but there was some of the shadiest looking people in this town that I've ever seen before... and Our office is in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside so that says something.
tight, hand molded trannies is the best way to describe this park with the exception of the big (5ft) bowl that has way too much flat. But the rest of the park is too unique to skate that anyway. 3ft quarters that hit vert... how else could i hang that BS Smith!?
you can get there in a day if you leave early enough from Vancouver. Check out the thirft store too. I found a fantastic Penfield for 2 bucks. And remember... don't do meth!
