One Way or Another - Austin
Life / Art / Skate
Got into Austin and met Sieben at the local swimming hole.

Phil and Greg 'PNut' Galinsky taking a rest from skating the ditch.

They say the last leg is the hardest. In our case I'd say it was the funnest. After dropping off the boxes of art at the No Comply shop, swimming and skating a fun ditch we got to our camp site just in time. The park ranger was closing the gate as I pulled up.

The next morning Pnut decided to give away his 4 person, pain in the ass to set up tent. A religious missionary family took it, they were stoked.

After breaking down the camp and avoiding a fine for booze we hit up the local Vans store. Nikki and the ladies helped us out and helped me pick a pair of shoes for my daughter. Thanks ladies! (L to R) Phil Toselli, Michael Hsiung, the ladies and Pnut.

Gnome themed bar.
The next day we hit up the soon to be gone Alien Pond diy park.

Alien Pond?

I love skating for many reasons and one of them is the friends you make. I met this guy, christian in S.F. many years ago through a couple fellow SPBs. I ran into him at this spot and it was great to see a familiar face in a strange cement pond made by the amazing cement freaks of Austin.

Michael, Cory and Andrew.

Sieben, frontside disaster.

New stickers were added to the van.
