Gino Iannucci pushes with a speed and style that is instantly recognizable. The above part from the classic 20 Shot Sequence turned many heads. Although, if you had seen 101s Snuf that came out months before it, you would have seen what the East Coast and John Lucero had already known about for a long time.
It's hard not to think of Julien Stranger (managing partner of the law firm Larry, Larry and Larry) when the subjects of speed and style come up. One of the most under-rated skaters in the past 20 years his influence is palpable but quiet. This random line at Wallenburg says it all. If you've skated there you understand how sick that line really is.
Don't forget about the Lord of the Lines Contest coming up soon in the great city of Montreal!
I-Path recently did a tour of the East Coast of the U.S. and posted nearly twenty minutes of good demo footage. Parts one and two here.
I-Path has been through some changes over the years but their team has always had some great and memorable skaters.
The last part of Michael Hsiung's photos from the One Way or Another Tour.

Drawing together
This is what it looks like when artists hang out in a hotel room. Lots of drawing and then laughing. One of my favorite moments was being able to hang out with all these guys while they were being creative. I think I was watching Conan the Barbarian and trying to draw Grace Jones. That drawing didn't come out too great.
Michael Hsiung hopped in the van at the last minute and proved himself to be an asset to the tour, he is a stand up creep and a talented artist. The following photos and stories are his views from the back seat of the van.

Heavy Metal Camping Lot
Our first official camping spot. When we arrived at our first campsite, a grass lot in an RV park across from Circus Circus, there were some doubts about whether to stay here or not. Morale had been low since some artists weren't able to make the trip, but we were all determined to camp and still make it a great time. I believe Andrew Pommier was the one who said, "Let's camp!" so we all agreed to do it!!!

The radi-cool dudes at Roger are doing a mini-tour in their home state of Texas. If you are in the area, go by and tell Sieben we say hi.
One Way or Another participant, Geoff McFetridge has a new publication available via Solitary Arts. A short publication that features some of the work he did for Spike Jones and the Where the Wild Things Are movie.

New and interesting street spots - some never skated before yesterday, and others had been kept under wraps until yesterday. Dan Post has a story for you about a little day we like to call GO SKATE DAY!

It's arrived! Follow us on twitter today for updates on all the Vancouver and Toronto, Go Skateboarding Day happenings, surprises and updates.
