The mind behind the classic Static videos, Josh Stewart has launched a new website titled Theories of Atlantis where you can preview and buy all those hard-to-find east coast gems.

Better late than never...here are some photos from last Tuesdays Color 8.1 Toronto Release Party Slash Drink and Destroy Tuesdays. Drinks were had, tunes were played at max volume, mags were gawked at in dim light, and I escaped into the night before things got too gnarly. Damn my early mornings! Good Work 751 and Color Magazine, not such good work to Canada post for not getting "This time tomorrow" to the bar in time for the party. 'Tis a shame too... I hear good things about Jimmy MacDonalds part.

IRON MAIDEN ANNOUNCE NEW STUDIO ALBUM

'THE FINAL FRONTIER' AND NORTH AMERICAN TOUR

IRON MAIDEN are pleased to announce that their forthcoming new studio album will be called ‘THE FINAL FRONTIER,’ and is expected be released late summer of this year.

The announcement comes with news of a North American Tour with Very Special Guests Dream Theater to open in Dallas, Texas, on June 9 and finish in Washington D.C. on July 20, making it MAIDEN’s most extensive North American tour in many years.

Following these shows in Canada and the U.S., The Final Frontier World Tour will travel back to Europe for a few selected major festival and stadium shows with the band planning to continue to many other countries in 2011 (full currently confirmed dates below).

An exclusive pre-sale allowing members of the IRON MAIDEN fan club first access to tickets to the North American MAIDEN Shows will be made available two days prior to them being available to the public. For full details go to www.ironmaiden.com

Tickets for the Canadian shows will go on sale to the public on Saturday, March 13 (12pm EST for Toronto and Montreal dates AND 10am LOCAL TIMES for the Western dates).
Tickets for the U.S. Shows will go on sale to the public on Saturday, March 20 at 10am EST.
