WHO SAID IT? 1.1

Last weeks answer: "I wish everything was like a skateboard...then i could focus it or throw it off a roof. I want to focus everything" - that was quite obviously Craig.

This week someone at the office let it slip that they refer to some of their underwear as "Papa panties". The first person to post the winning answer gets something off of the desk of the quoted staff member.
