Jacob Isom, in his own unique way, has gone national. The 23-year-old went viral and made national news when he skated by on his skateboard Saturday and stole the Quron out of a grill that David Grisham of Repent Amarillo planned to burn in a hastily called gathering at Sam Houston Park.
"Dude, you have no Quran," were Isom's parting words. That may become some kind of catchphrase, just like "Don't tase me, Bro." Those words and his spontaneous act have made him a quick media sensation, from Jon Stewart's show to national websites and beyond. Not bad for a cook at La Bella Pizza.
