Kitsch Skateboards and Coastal Riders present the 'Freaks and Geeks' skate demo at Chuck Bailey Skateboard today (Aug 23), 6:30pm. There will be a 'Best Trick' contest, outdoor screening of Bric-A-Brac, free BBQ and giveaways! Hopefully we will see some sunshine this evening!

Ronan Boyle & The Dark are showing new work at Ayden Gallery (88 West Pender Street - Tinseltown, Vancouver BC) this Friday, June 15th. The opening is from 7pm-11pm.

Color Magazine introduced Deer Man of Dark Woods and the world of Barrier Kult in the 5.1 issue. Since then, DMODW and the BAKU has manifested itself into the malevolent force it is today with a stronger following, signature shoes from Emerica and pro skateboard models (including guest models). BAKU, along with Emerica shoes and Don't Sleep Productions have teamed up to present to you Timebomb File Episode 4 - Deer Man of Dark Woods.

Tonight there is the 'Drawuary' opening reception at Gallery Gachet (88 East Cordova, Vancouver BC) showing 29 drawings for every day in the month of February. Included in the roster of 14 artists is Jesse Corcoran who is featured in the new 10.1 issue of Color. See you there!
