Is it cool to blog about a blog? I thought I would post this anyhow because it is a pretty cool blog. Feel free to blog this or don't!

Dave Ko is the graphic designer behind Color Magazine. He honed his natural skill at Emily Carr University, but we’re not sure if that’s also where he learned to be the nicest guy ever… Try not to like Dave, just try it.
Artist/Designer extraordinaire Tony Larson, who has worked for brands such as Girl & Chocolate Skateboards, Fourstar Clothing and DC Shoes has started his own clothing brand called Superbrand Apparel. You can check out his new website (which was built by our good friend - Chris Baril) here.
Quiksilver welcomes Pierre Yves Gauthier and Pat O'Rourke to the Canada Skate Team. Congrats!
C1rca has just printed and received a bunch of limited shirts designed by Sarita Mielke from Nanaimo, BC. Her artwork was the winning entry for the C1rca x Constantines x Color contest in issue 7.2. Congratulations, you'll be getting the prize pack soon also!
Arto Saari and Gravis Footwear want to hook you up! Send in your favourite photo (originally shot by yourself) & the best entry will win $500 worth of gear from Arto Saari! This will include a package of his new Gravis skate shoes and clothing from Analog. Remember, this doesn’t have to be “skate action”, the weirder the picture, the better. Mail your entries to: Gravis Picture Contest, c/o Color Magazine, 105-321 Railway St, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1A4, Canada or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. (All entries become the property of Color Magazine and may be used in future online and print materials). Contest closes April 23, 2010.
Our good friend Roger Allen has created graphics for custom shoes made by Keds. They are available through Andy Howell's Artsprojekt website. You can choose your own laces and eyelets colour when you order!
Jon Bocksel, the guest typographer for our newly printed 8.1 issue sent us this limited quantity zine made by himself and Bill McRight over at the 1026 Gallery. Each issue is xeroxed and silk-screened with 5 colours by hand. The zine unfolded and printed on the opposite side reveals a colourful 11 x 17 poster. Brilliant! You can get your own copy here if they are still available.
